Resourcing

We can provide additional Marketing and PR resource by the hour or by the day. We even use freelancers that were originally from Gloucestershire but now live overseas that means we can offer a truly 24 hour service when timescales demand it. Clients find that by outsourcing projects to us they really start to tackle the never ending “to do list”.

We can fill skills gaps for clients, when they have a project that demands a level of marketing knowledge or expertise that they do not have in the business. Some of our clients use us to mentor and develop junior staff or apprentices, ensuring that they develop and that the business makes the best use of them.

Recruiting

We are often asked to help recruit Marketing and PR staff. We can help with everything from writing a job description and person specification to advising on salary and recruitment methods. When applications start to come in we can sift these for you and take part in interviews and devise practical tests if required. Once an appointment has been made, we can support the induction process and help ensure the new employee delivers what the business wants.

Training

One of the most rewarding aspects of our work is imparting our knowledge and experience in training for clients and seeing the impact that this has.

We offer “bite size” one to one training on specific topics, pre-prepared courses on subjects like Marketing Planning and Social Media as well as bespoke training to meet a client’s specific requirements. We also deliver training courses for Gloucestershire Enterprise.
